PingPath is a route-sharing application that allows users to record, discover, and share outdoor activity routes with groups and friends.
PingPath is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any health-related information shown in the app — including but not limited to blood glucose values retrieved from third-party services such as Dexcom, calorie estimates, and exertion statistics — is provided for general informational and fitness-tracking purposes only.
Never use these readings to make medical or treatment decisions, including insulin or medication dosing, treating a suspected low or high blood sugar event, or deciding whether to seek care. Glucose values may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable. Always rely on your medically approved monitoring device and its official application — for example, the official Dexcom app — for readings used in treatment decisions, and consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider with any medical questions.
If you experience symptoms of a medical emergency, seek emergency services immediately rather than checking the app.
Your use of PingPath is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Route data is only shared with groups you explicitly join.
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PingPath and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service.
You understand and agree that location information provided by the service may be delayed, interrupted, inaccurate, or incomplete due to factors beyond our control (including but not limited to GPS availability, device settings, network connectivity, operating system behavior, and environmental conditions). The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
You are solely responsible for verifying any location information by independent means such as a phone call, email, or other direct communication to ensure accuracy and safety. Do not rely solely on the application for critical, emergency, safety-of-life, or mission-critical purposes. By using the service, you acknowledge these risks and agree that PingPath is not responsible for inaccuracies, mistakes, misinterpretations, delays, or omissions in location data or for any actions taken in reliance thereon.
