PingPath is a location-sharing application that allows users to share their real-time location with selected contacts.
Your use of PingPath is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Location data is only shared with users you explicitly choose to share with.
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PingPath and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service.
You understand and agree that location information provided by the service may be delayed, interrupted, inaccurate, or incomplete due to factors beyond our control (including but not limited to GPS availability, device settings, network connectivity, operating system behavior, and environmental conditions). The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
You are solely responsible for verifying any location information by independent means such as a phone call, email, or other direct communication to ensure accuracy and safety. Do not rely solely on the application for critical, emergency, safety-of-life, or mission-critical purposes. By using the service, you acknowledge these risks and agree that PingPath is not responsible for inaccuracies, mistakes, misinterpretations, delays, or omissions in location data or for any actions taken in reliance thereon.
